Double check that the left hand side bar, where the "Keywords", "Projects" and "Tasks" modules are placed, isn't minimized. There's a small arrow in the middle of the divider allowing you to expand and collapse the left hand sidebar:

If all else fails, and you'd just like to reset the view of SECockpit to what it was in the beginning, please click on "My Settings" and click on "Reset Display Preferences":

Logout and Log back in - and everything should be back to the default view.
